Third, we work hard to make sure that you are successful! From the time you register in a course, your questions and communications are always answered by the instructor, not some "subject matter expert" who has not met you. By phone, text, email or Zoom tutoring sessions, the instructor is always ready to assist. The online course materials use videos, descriptive lessons, quizzes, and practice exams to ensure that you are prepared for your examination! Our course materials provide immediate scoring and feedback, and the Practice Exams provide an additional Focus Report showing where you need to work on your knowledge! The instructor, Todd Smith, maintains active certifications in all the courses he teaches, and re-writes the exams regularly to make sure that the information in the course is up-to-date and current.
